RMC Service Centre: 3 years of growth building relationships.

This month marks three years of successful growth & building relationships for RMC Service Centre, Runaway Bay.
Workshop & Showroom advances, as well as increased staffing, continue to help new and repeat customers with everything from annual servicing to new Permateek decking.

RMC Service is an arm of R Marine Crawley designed to be a dedicated port of call for all vessels requiring everything from general maintenance and detailing to more specialised treatment of boats in the service field.

Originally, R Marine Crawley was able to outsource these tasks however, Owner / Dealer Principal Ben Crawley realised the need of this separate entity. Since then, spearheaded by Travis Edney, the Director of RMC Service Centre, the business has matured building a solid reputation for the boating public to intrust their vessels to RMC Service.

Travis commented, “We started out by supporting the R Marine Crawley Brokerage and New Riviera division but now we provide so much more in addition. We’ve built a reputation for our excellent follow-up support and the way we take care of all clients. We have a great relationship with the quality brands we use such as Permateek decking and we even fabricate our own cockpit tables in-house using this product.

We do specialise a lot in Riviera as we do a lot with them but RMC Service is not only Riviera. We take care of Sea Ray and Sunseeker, actually all different brands and models. Service Manager Charlie has extensive experience from working with other local companies. He is knowledgeable about all brands of vessels through doing the aftermarket plus warranty and commissioning side of things.”

With and adeptness for parts, products and brands within the marine industry Sarah processes daily orders of products such as Semco, Fuel Doctor and more for clients locally and interstate.”

Last year Riviera Australia showed their appreciation for Travis by presenting him with the Riviera & Belize Service Excellence Award by an Individual 2019.
Travis was recognised for his outstanding commitment to customers bearing association with the Riviera brand.
Demonstrating a wholehearted model to exceeding standards, Travis is well respected for his knowledge of Riviera and acts with a steadfast and caring approach when connecting with customers.
